At Haapki Moms Private Limited, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all your baby care essentials.
Return Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Eligible Products: Apparel, toys, diapers (unopened), and other non-consumable baby products.

Non-Returnable Products:
- Perishable or consumable items like baby food, ready-to-feed formula milk, wipes, etc.
- Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original packaging.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted for eligible items within 10 days, based on stock availability.
- Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products are eligible for exchange.
Return Process
- Send an email to chetan.sharma@caviplanet.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
- Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled and your return will be processed upon inspection.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after successful return pickup and quality check.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order any time before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Eligible products may still be returned after delivery.
Important Guidelines
- Returns will not be accepted for used, tampered, or incomplete items.
- Items returned without prior email approval may be rejected.
- Excessive or invalid return requests may lead to account review.
